Job Description & Duties

The Shore operations coordinator is in charge of the administration/logistics and stock control, gift shop, hotel and server orders, With duties such as Provisions, Warehouse control, and boat providers.

The principal duties on provisioning are the process and control of the regular server orders galley, gift shop and hotel side, processing the captain orders and all derivate purchases to the provider - warehouse. Verification or accuracy of the order with the server and quality control, price cutting in groceries and hotel purchasing.

Purchasing and provisioning responsibilities are expanded to include all multi-day trips, including La Paz.

Ensure logistics and delivery of all purchases on time to the boats on turn days. Make sure and follow the control and audit of the gift shop with the hostess on board.

Follow the Mexican Purchasing process and quotes.

· Warehouse Purchases Control,

· Wholesaler Provisioning

· Correct processing of payment orders and sending payment requests on time (at least one day before the scheduled payment day).

· Ensure of sending the invoice and supplier information (Full Name, RFC, Full Address, Name of the bank, Account Bank and Clabe)

· Verify that the provisions are delivered on time to each boat every turn days.

WAREHOUSE, Manage and maintain order in the warehouse, ensuring its cleanliness and proper control and operation.





- Coordinate the Warehouse, control and periodic inventorys.
- MARES and ZOGGS warehousing and limited fulfillment ( with Amazon)
- Maintaining critical limits and proper stock of gift shop, alcohol, hotel, and galley supplies.
- Maintain appropriate order and inventories of all stocks and constantly updated.
- Coordinate Logistics and deliveries of supplies on time.
- Coordinating and following up with Vancouver OPS, the international delivery and ordering.

PROVIDERS, coordinate and monitoring of providers.

· Scheduling Cleaning Companies and supervisor service with the hostess and captain every turnday.

· Providers sending information to Payments with accounting (Send all documentation and the right information to the process)

Supervision and coordination of shoreside provisioning team

· Coordinate purchases and provisions every turn day.

· Receive the invoices and send them correctly to account for the payment process.

Quality Control and budget constraints

· Proactive management of providers, Find the best option and price of supplies.

· Quality control of all providers and supplies.

Gift shop control.

· Coordination and up-to-date maintenance of gift shop inventories

· Verify stock and inventory in each boat.
