ServiceNow Consultant (FSM Mandatory) | Remote within Mexico

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join a high-impact enterprise project. If you have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow with external platforms and enterprise applications.
- Implement and support ServiceNow modules including:
- Field Service Management (FSM) – Mandatory
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) – Mandatory

ServiceNow Certifications:

- CIS-FSM
- CIS-CSM
- CIS-ITSM

Hands-on experience with:





- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Fix Scripts
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- UI Actions
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
- Email Inbound Actions

Experience designing and implementing:

- ServiceNow integrations
- Automation solutions
- Enterprise Service Management processes

Ability to create solution architecture and technical design documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration frameworks and APIs.
- Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
