Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven IT Application Support Engineer (L2 Support) - MEXICO to join our Global Product Support team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our cutting-edge Digital Solutions, serving as the critical bridge between technical execution and customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot mission-critical software applications, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex incidents. Here, your technical expertise directly ensures our clients can seamlessly manage and unlock value from their physical and digital assets.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

- Troubleshoot and analyze system issues across cloud platforms to deliver rapid incident resolution.
- Act as the Digital Solution Expert on priority incident calls, collaborating closely with Engineering and DevOps teams.
- Onboard and configure new clients onto digital applications following established operational procedures.
- Monitor system notifications and proactively identify opportunities for process automation and service delivery improvements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction for business stakeholders.





What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, database concepts, and cloud platform services like Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven ability in L2 software troubleshooting, incident management, and remote customer support.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles, APIs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and search engine tools like Elasticsearch or Splunk.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish with strong stakeholder communication skills.
