Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience by assisting customers through phone, chat, and email.

Key Requirements:

- Live within Guadalajara's Metropolitan Zone
- at least 6 months of retail/customer support experience
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Availability to work on site
