Job Purpose: Administration, monitoring and development of processes during the product and process stages of Launch, Production and transfer to service.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Administration of product and process.

- Product book administration (PFMEA, Control plans, Core Tools).

- Structure of BOMs definition.

- Product Part Numbers registration in QAD systems.

- 8Ds analysis and multidisciplinary team collaborations.

- Customer failure analysis.

- Reading and interpretation of engineering specifications, electrical and mechanical diagrams.

- Develop plans to improve KEY operational metrics (Scrap, BTS, FTT,



PPMs).

- Participation and collaboration in kaizen improvement.

- Complete assigned VECA/LPA audits on a timely manner

- Carry out process engineering studies (R&R;, cpk, dimensional studies and Strength gages).

- Functional test, efficiency tools and poka yokes implementations.

- QPS and process documentation design, improve and monitoring.

Key Performance Indicators:

- FTT & FTTC
- PPMs and QA audits
- BTS
