Position Description

The Sergeant at Arms (SIA) is responsible for ensuring discipline, governance, and effective execution in strategic projects, particularly SAP implementations and production improvement initiatives.

Position Summary

This role acts as a key enforcer of project objectives by ensuring alignment across teams, adherence to defined processes, and on-time delivery of milestones and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes

- Coordinate SAP implementation project execution

- Oversee production continuous improvement initiatives

- Track milestones, risks, and deviations





- Enforce discipline during meetings and decision-making

- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership

- Promote team accountability

Requirements

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems or related field

- Experience in SAP implementation

- Experience in automotive industry

- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Office, teams

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile)

- Advanced English proficiency
