We are looking for a bilingual (English + Spanish) operator who is comfortable:

- Communicating in English all day with U.S. & Remote-based teams
- Working in real-time (camera-on) warehouse operations support
- Solving problems quickly using AI tools
- Working 50–55 hours per week including weekends in a high-responsibility environment

If you are not fluent in English, prefer async work, or are not comfortable being highly responsive during U.S. hours, this role will not be a fit.

Role Summary
You will act as the remote intelligence hub for our U.S.-based warehouse and manufacturing operations.

This is a real-time, high-responsibility role where you:

- Support on-site teams live
- Solve operational problems as they happen
- Improve systems, workflows, and efficiency using AI and structured thinking

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support daily warehouse operations in real time (inventory, production, coordination)
- Stay connected via Google Meet during operational hours
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues (delays, errors, bottlenecks)
- Use AI tools to troubleshoot, document, automate and optimize workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Help build and improve SOPs, dashboards, and internal systems
- Track and manage operational data using Google Sheets/Docs
- Collaborate closely with leadership and receive direct mentorship

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Available during U.S. warehouse hours (7am–5/6pm EST)
- Can work approximately 50-55 hours per week
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in remote warehouse operations
