Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, expense review, invoices, receipts and vouchers.

2. Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

3. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

4. Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.

5. Maintain financial files and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

6. Cooperate with internal teams and external auditors when needed.

7. Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2. Knowledge of Mexican financial and tax regulations is preferred.

3. Proficient in office software and accounting systems.

4. Detail-oriented, honest, responsible and able to work independently.

5. Fluent in English; Spanish required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
