Job description

- Coordinate international shipments (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL, and multimodal transportation) across the region in accordance with negotiated Incoterms

- Ensure the timely execution of import and export customs clearance processes

- Monitor on-time deliveries and proactively communicate shipment status to internal and external customers, while resolving any issues before, during, or after transit (delays, storage charges, damages, shortages, etc.)

- Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and complete

- Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)

- Prepare KPI reports to evaluate internal and supplier performance and propose corrective and preventive actions

- Develop SOPs for the logistics area and implement process improvements, including route analysis and material consolidation to reduce lead times and costs

- Coordinate insurance claims when applicable

- Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, International Trade, and Finance teams to ensure proper alignment and execution of logistics processes





- Review and approve supplier invoices based on agreed rate schedules and monitor payment status

- Process payments to shipping lines and logistics operators related to shipments from the U.S. business unit

- Generate ground and air waybills for courier and parcel shipments

- Request quotations for urgent transportation services and LCL shipments

- Stay up to date with changes in transportation regulations and compliance requirements

Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Multimodal transportation management

- ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) systems

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Business-level English

- Transportation regulatory and compliance requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
