Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, upgrade, patch, and maintain the Infor LN ERP system to ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation.
- Administer and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including backup and recovery, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and system tuning.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Infor LN and other business systems, providing technical support and ensuring seamless business operations.
- Manage user access, security controls, and ERP-related technical support to ensure system compliance and data security.
- Perform system performance optimization, incident analysis, disaster recovery management, and technical documentation maintenance to continuously improve system reliability and operational efficiency.





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN or other ERP system administration, support, or operations, with hands-on experience in manufacturing ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Infor LN architecture, MS SQL Server database administration, and ERP system integration, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
