What you’ll do:

- Prepare and issue quotations for KAM, Inside Sales, and Field Sales teams or any person within the Sales structure.

- Provide administrative support and maintain close collaboration.

- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns or inquiries related to the services provided.

- Coordinate communication with customs brokers and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information.

- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of quotations, hit ratios, and response times.





- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and follow up on quotation requests.

- Support the implementation of new business initiatives and new accounts.

- Participate in internal and external meetings and prepare reports and presentations.

- Register new customers both internally and with customs brokers.

- Keep sales data updated in Salesforce and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales Support roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Experience with multiproduct freight forwarding (FFWW) is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (B1 or higher) is essential due to daily interaction with foreign offices and customs brokers.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Long-term commitment and stability, with ambitions to grow horizontally and support the team for at least two years.
