Job Description

1. Elaboración y mantenimiento del MPS (semanal/mensual)
2. Validación de capacidad vs carga
3. Integración al proceso S&OP;
4. Responsable del plan y administración de backlog
5. Coordinación con Production Control, Material Planner, Procurement y CSR
6. Administración del material de RMA a través del sistema ERP
7. Responsable del OTD
8. Responsable del plan de Ventas mensual
9. KPIs: Adherencia al MPS (%), capacidad vs carga (%),Backlog del plan maestro (semanas), Cumplimiento de acuerdos S&OP;

Job Requirements

Conocimientos:
Dominio de MPS/MRP II (explosión de materiales, lead times, políticas de inventario)
Análisis de capacidad (RCCP/CRP), identificación de cuellos de botella
Manejo de ERP/APS (SAP PP/DS, Oracle, Infor o equivalentes)
Excel avanzado y análisis de datos (tablas dinámicas, modelos)
Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura y restricciones de línea.
Habilidades:
Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas
Comunicación efectiva y narrativa ejecutiva.





Influencia y negociación transversal (ventas, producción, compras).
Gestión del estrés y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
Trabajo colaborativo y orientación a resultados.
