Career Development：Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead client-facing reporting, communication, and relationship management. Own client satisfaction, including complaint handling and follow-up.

2. Design and supervise the project delivery process system to ensure implementation and continuous improvement.

3. Develop contingency plans for high-priority risks and drive execution to ensure delivery schedule and quality.

4.



Manage overall project cost control to ensure completion within the company budget.

Requirements

1. Education – Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Management, or related fields preferred.

2. Language – Chinese & Spanish, OR English & Spanish (working proficiency required).

3. Professional Knowledge – Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture project operations (planning, design, scheduling, construction quality & safety, cost control, contract compliance), with hands-on experience.

4. Core Competencies – Strong communication, planning, organizational coordination, and logical thinking skills. Ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.

5. Certifications – HCIP or other telecom/IT certifications preferred.

6. Other – Willing to travel domestically or internationally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
