Your profile

- Professional career: Industrial Engineering or a related field and has 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry (desirable with knowledge of tire manufacturing processes).
- Strong expertise in IATF 16949:2016, Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR), Core Quality Tools and SPC.
- Strong expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, A3, 5W2H).
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2-C1).
- Solid analytical skills, including statistical analysis in Excel (PoweBi as a plus).
- Experience in internal audits, quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, work instructions), and continuous improvement projects is expected.
