Responsibilities:

- Learn everything about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to rank websites on the first page of Google. Training will be provided.
- Link-building
- Technical SEO: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Upload content every week to WordPress sites.
- Do visual inspections of our client websites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Optimize websites according to best SEO practices.
- Implement campaigns to generate a high volume of quality leads for our clients.
- Manage online marketing efforts (SEM, PPC, SEO, Social).
- Help us maintain our Google Badged Partner status (obtain certifications).
- Coordinate campaign implementation with internal business units and vendors.
- Implement all tracking scripts, analytics goals, and all appropriate pixels on sites we manage.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and creative pieces.




- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting to executive management.
- Other SEO-related weekly and monthly duties.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- STEM-related background is preferred but not required (industrial engineering or similar)
- Experience in the realm of digital marketing using advanced analytics is preferred
- Results-driven and methodical mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- High proficiency in written and verbal English is required, do not apply if you don’t speak fluently
- Minimum C1 English Certification
- You’re startup-ready – not looking for a 9-5 job, but you are looking for a rewarding career with a high opportunity for growth
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with partners, and vendors. and all levels of the employee peer group and management
- The ability for rapid problem-solving
- Proficiency in WordPress is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus under pressure
- College Degree is preferred but not required
