Responsibilities:

● Perform daily application operations and ensure system stability.

● Monitor application performance, identify issues, and drive resolutions.

● Assist with application deployment and upgrades.

● Maintain operational documentation and change logs.

● Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

● Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements.

● Collaborate with development teams on application and test environments.

Requirements:

● Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

● 3+ years in application operations or system administration.

● Experience in large enterprises or MNCs preferred.

● Familiarity with ITIL framework and operational best practices.





● Hands-on with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

● Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Java, Shell) preferred.

● Database management experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese, Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic) a plus.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $61,000.00 per month
