Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students
Develop and implement curriculum aligned with school standards
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
Teaching certification or equivalent
Experience teaching English to Junior High students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
Strong classroom management skills
