We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer who has experience building and deploying AI-powered systems that interact with real business workflows, APIs, and external tools.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on creating production-ready AI agents that automate tasks, make decisions, interact with software systems, and support real business operations.

English communication skills are required.

About the Role

This is not a prompt-writing position.

We are looking for someone who understands how to design, build, integrate, deploy, and maintain AI agents that operate within real-world business environments.

The idóneo candidate has experience building AI solutions for companies, clients, agencies, startups, or internal business operations and understands what it takes to move beyond experimentation into practical deployment.

What You'll Be Building

You will help design and deploy AI agents that can:

- Execute multi-step workflows
- Interact with APIs and external systems
- Retrieve, process, and act on data
- Trigger actions across CRMs, messaging platforms, databases, and internal tools
- Support sales, operations, customer service, and automation workflows
- Operate reliably in production environments

These are business-critical systems, not experimental projects.

Core Technical Requirements

- Experience building AI agents using modern LLM frameworks and tools
- Strong experience with Claude Code
- Experience with Mastra or similar agent frameworks
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n or Make
- Experience connecting AI systems to CRMs, databases, communication tools, and external platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain deployed systems

Responsibilities

- Architect and build AI agents from concept through deployment
- Design agent logic, workflows,



memory structures, and tool integrations
- Connect agents to APIs, databases, CRMs, and external services
- Build and maintain automation workflows
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance
- Monitor deployed systems and improve reliability
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to implement business automation solutions

What We're Looking For

- Experience building AI-powered systems used in real business environments
- Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and orchestration
- Ability to think in systems rather than isolated tasks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- High ownership and accountability
- Comfortable taking a project from idea to working deployment
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred Experience

- Backend development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar)
- Experience with databases and data architecture
- Experience designing internal business tools and automation systems
- Experience integrating AI systems with CRM, sales, operations, or customer support workflows
- Experience deploying and maintaining production software

Not a Good Fit If

- Your experience is limited to prompting ChatGPT or Claude
- Most of your work has been tutorials, courses, or personal experimentation
- You have not worked with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or external systems
- You prefer highly structured step-by-step instructions rather than solving problems independently
