Our teams are organized in specialized pods (Google, Meta, CRO, Creative, AI, and Growth) to deliver campaigns efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service.

The Role

We’re looking for a Client Growth Strategist who will be the front-line consultant for our clients in Mexico. You’ll help clients understand campaign performance, coach them on decisions, and ensure that internal teams deliver campaigns and assets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the trusted advisor for 15–20 contractor/home-service clients.
- Guide clients through performance data and help them make informed, strategic decisions.
- Calm frustrated clients and provide reassurance during early campaigns or low-performance periods.
- Coordinate internally with Google, Meta, CRO, Creative, and AI teams to ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed on time.
- Identify bottlenecks in lead generation, conversion, and follow-up, and propose solutions.
- Support retention, upsells, and long-term client growth initiatives.

Requirements:

- Experience in client-facing consulting, account management, or growth strategy.




- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts: Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, landing pages, or CRO.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts remotely.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- Contractor or home-service industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
