A Community Association Management Company that provides practical and results-driven solutions serving Georgia and South Carolina.

Activities:

We are looking for a CSR to be responsible for the following activities:

- Answer incoming phone calls, responding to emails, text messages, and online portal inquiries
- Assist with questions regarding account balances, payments, amenity access, clubhouse reservations, architectural requests, and general community information.
- Accurately document customer interactions, provide professional and courteous customer service, and recognize when issues should be escalated to management.
- Follow ups via email or message

Work Schedule:





Monday to Friday.

Regular: 7:30 to 16:00 CST MX

Daylight saving: 6:30 to 15:00 CST MX

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Requirements:

- College Degree Preferred.
- Customer service, administrative, or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, handling phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
