Project Manager – Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Manager to help grow and support our contributor community across Latin America. This role combines digital marketing, community engagement, contributor onboarding, and operational support to ensure a high-quality experience for our contributors.

Responsibilities

- Recruit new contributors through social media, online communities, referrals, universities, and local partnerships.

- Promote marketing campaigns to increase contributor sign-ups and engagement.

- Guide new contributors through the onboarding process and answer questions.

- Review initial video submissions and provide feedback to improve quality.

- Add contributors to customer platforms and assign projects.

- Coordinate equipment requests and shipments when required.

- Monitor contributor performance and help resolve quality or operational issues.

- Track recruitment, onboarding, and contributor activity metrics.

- Work with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and contributor experience.





- Coordinate contributor-related projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

- Support day-to-day project execution and operational activities across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, community management, customer support, recruiting, project coordination, or operations.

- Strong communication skills in Spanish. English proficiency is preferred.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Experience with social media marketing or online community management is a plus.

- Interest in AI, technology, or digital platforms is preferred.
