We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Back-up Lead Field Service Engineer with strong Desk Side Support and AV Support experience for an exciting corporate event environment in Guadalajara at Estadio Akron.

Responsibilities

- Provide on-site desk side and technical support for end users
- Support AV equipment and meeting room technologies
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support event-day technical activities and escalations
- Coordinate with remote teams and venue management when required

Requirements

- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or Desktop Support Technician
- Strong knowledge of desk side support and AV systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work full-day on-site assignments

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14,703.49 - $25,838.59 per month
