Job Description

Supervisión y gestión de recepción, incluyendo la atención telefónica, asistencia a visitantes, manejo de correspondencia y provisión de apoyo administrativo básico.

- Coordinacion y logística de viajes (empleados Nivel 3)
- Soporte a Asistente de Vicepresidencia
- Atención a visitas
- Atención telefónica y manejo general del conmutador
- Servicio de voceo
- Manejo de valija internacional y nacional

- Manejo de valija interna entre plantas
- Recepción y distribución de correspondencia
- Promover y mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro, saludable y sostenible, cumpliendo con las normativas y estándares de HSE (Salud, Seguridad y Ambiente).
- Promover y Participar en la Cultura de Seguridad de Vuelo (SMS).
