The Role

We are seeking a highly competent, 100% bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of legal operations for our U.S. clients, handling everything from document management to direct client communication in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to U.S.-based attorneys on various legal matters regarding criminal law.
- Prepare legal complaints, professional emails, and standard legal correspondence.
- Track and manage case deadlines and court dates.
- Efficiently manage, file, and organize sensitive legal documentation.
- Assist attorneys during client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Complete requests for medical records, billing, and wage loss documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).




- Advanced conversational and written English (C1/C2 level).
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience working with U.S. Law Firms. (Preferred)
- Experience handling Personal Injury cases. (Preferred)

What We Offer

- Salary: $20,000.00 MXN per month after taxes.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts).
- Work Mode: Remote / Work from home
- Benefits: Basic Statutory Benefits + Minor and Major Medical Insurance.
