Knows how to sell the menu as opposed to just taking orders

Strong knowledge in drinks and food.

Is vigilant in ALL aspects of the workplace, not just his/her job

Understand how to use POS programs

Must have a adaptable work schedule for holidays and weekends

Has a keen sense of attention to detail making sure the bar is clean

Must be able to upkeep their personal hygiene and look the part as a professional bartender.

Must be able to lift beer cases with other workers

Punctuality is imperative at our restaurant
