We are seeking a Office Assistant (Internship) to join our team in Polanco, Mexico City. This full-time, on-site position and is available for immediate start.

Your job will be to assist the office manager and the regulatory affairs team.

The Office Assistant Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, including assembling drug product and medical device dossiers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions to relevant health authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regulatory needs.
- Prepare and maintain Excel Spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft office, Google Suite & more).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with government tenders (a plus).
- Pharmaceutical industry experience (a plus).
