We are seeking a confident, goal-oriented, and highly persuasive Phone Sales Closer to join our dynamic team. The adecuado candidate thrives in high-performance environments, has a proven track record in closing deals, and is committed to delivering results. You will play a key role in converting qualified leads into loyal customers by presenting compelling offers and handling objections with professionalism and conviction. This role requires native or fluent Spanish / English skills to sell to the bilingual market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with qualified leads to close sales efficiently and effectively
- Conduct consultations, demos, or calls in Spanish to guide prospects through the final stages of the sales funnel
- Understand customer needs and align our offerings with their goals
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain CRM data with accurate and timely information
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to ensure alignment
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Communicate performance metrics, feedback, and strategies to management in English
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phone Sales Closer or in a similar sales role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Fluent in English (C1 required) for sales , management communication and reporting
- Fluent Spanish required (for selling to Spanish-speaking clients)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Spanish
- High level of confidence and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Equipment Required (Computer, camera, headset and a reliable internet connection)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in B2B or high-ticket sales
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
