Lead Finance Operations for a Fast-Growing Chinese Company in Mexico

We are hiring a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Mexico subsidiary and serve as a strategic business partner between local operations and corporate headquarters.

This role is ideal for professionals who have experience working with Chinese companies overseas and can successfully manage finance, tax compliance, reporting, cash flow, and cross-cultural teams in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all finance and accounting operations in Mexico.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexican tax regulations (SAT, IVA, ISR, annual filings).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for headquarters.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, profitability, and working capital management.
- Coordinate audits, transfer pricing, and external advisors.
- Build, develop, and lead the local finance team.
- Support business growth and strategic decision-making across Mexico and Latin America.

Required Profile

- Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
- Professional English or Spanish communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related field
- 5+ years in Finance Management roles
- 3+ years leading finance teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and corporate finance
- Experience with Mexican tax regulations and SAT compliance
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
- Strong leadership,



analytical thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade.
- Experience working for Chinese multinational companies.
- Knowledge of Chinese GAAP, ODI regulations, cross-border fund management, and international reporting structures.
- Experience in Mexico or Latin America operations.
