Job Description

Ensure accomplishment of the milestones defined during the launching of any new transfer of work, APQP or massive engineering change project.

- Train new hired engineers on harness manufacturing basics
- Train engineers on industrialization topics
- Follow up in the maintenance of training modules and exams.
- Provide training for engineers on PDM (SHARP / SHM)
- Support in new transfer projects with APQP methodology.
- Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
- Regular, predictable attendance is required;
- Other duties may be assigned.




- Participate and implement measures of health, Safety and Environment necessary to keep the Physical integrity of your team.
- Participate on Safety Management System Culture.
