Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage US tax returns
- Supervise tax associates, ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting all deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with US tax laws and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage workflow effectively during the busy tax season.
Idóneo Profile:
- 3–5 years of solid experience in US taxation.
- Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
