Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time

Job description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager Assistant position that will work directly with our Case Managers in retrieving all necessary documents for new and existing cases.



This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire. Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned task needed.

Responsibilities

- Support Case Managers
- Scan and save documents
- Send corresponding letters to clients
- Drafting correspondence
- Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients
- Maintain communication with client

Qualifications

- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Customer Service: 2 years required
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $174.95 - $262.43 per hour

Work Location: Remote
