Your role will be as customer service agent for a bank in the US. You must find yoursefl comfortable in the finance/banking field.

Schedule:

- 8.5 working hours a day
- 5 working days a week




- Sunday fixed off
- Additionally, you will have 1h lunch and two 15 minutes breaks (day)

As a Customer Service Representative, you need:

- Proven experience in customer service on the phone.
- Empathy
- Strong skills in "probing questions", investigations skills and active listening
- If you do not have experience in collections, a Finance background and strong call center customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
