Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts across the NORLA region. Your focus will be on identifying and engaging top talent to meet our organizational needs, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience, operational efficiency through effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers to ensure timely , high quality hires that’s supports business continuity and business growth.
Scope: North Latam
Key Tasks:
- Manage full cycle recruitment for non-managerial roles Tier 3 positions for NORLA region, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee job postings internally and externally, maintaining accurate applicant flow using the candidate tracking system.
- Source candidates actively and passively from various channels including direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and online job boards.
- Follow diversity and inclusion strategies provided by the Talent Acquisition Lead and ensure related KPIs are met conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria and timelines.
- Conduct resumescreening, phone interviews.
- Support hiring managers in structured interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Prepare a consultive analysis to deliver a competitive offer letter to the candidate.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, including community contacts, college officials, and local professionals.
- Build and sustain internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure staffing objectives.
- Manage candidate communications and provide best in class candidate experience throughout the process.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships through timely and effective communication.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS.
- Participate in project squads to drive recruitment innovation and efficiency.
Skills.
• University degree is preferred
• 3 years minimum of proven experience in High Volume Hiring Recruitment and/or Technical Recruitment , ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred Success Factors experience is a plus.
• High service delivery attitude and a strong communicator .
• High degree of reliability and motivation.
• Excellent English language skills (Mandatory)
