International Student Recruitment Specialist

Travel: Regular travel throughout Mexico and internationally (Canada, US, etc.)

Compensation: MXN $16,000/month base + bonuses, commissions, and growth opportunities

About the Role

IET is looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and organized professional to drive student recruitment and expand our integral education network. Working closely with leadership, you will recruit students for study abroad programs, manage institutional partnerships, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Recruitment:

- Identify new market opportunities, schools, and agency partners across Mexico and internationally.
- Promote international study programs to prospective students and families.
- Guide students through consultations, applications, and enrolment while managing a sales pipeline.
- Meet recruitment and growth targets.

Educational Partnerships:

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, language schools, and key partners (including Vive Volando Aviation Academy).
- Stay updated on programs, tuition, scholarships, and admissions requirements.




- Represent IET’s commitment to long-term, value-driven institutional relationships.

Representation & Marketing:

- Represent IET at education fairs, networking events, and institutional meetings globally.
- Collaborate with marketing to run lead-generation campaigns and track conversion performance.

Operations & Reporting:

- Coordinate communication between students, institutions, and internal teams.
- Submit weekly work plans/updates and monthly reports on KPIs, sales pipeline, and enrolments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Background in International Education, Student Recruitment, Sales, Business Development, Educational Consulting, or Travel & Tourism.
- Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Travel Requirements: Valid Mexican passport AND a valid Canadian or U.S. visa (required for international travel).
- Skills: Strong sales, networking, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently. (Experience managing small teams/projects is an asset).

Pay: From $16,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chihuahua, Chih.
