Technical Business Analyst (US Shift)

Opportunity:
As a main contributor to the product development process, you will have the opportunity to shape the product and freedom to help lead our team to an even higher level of success. In this product analyst role, you will be responsible for working across all phases of the product life-cycle and be responsible for effectively designing and communicating complex functionality in a clear and effective manner. You’ll spend most of your time with the Product Lead Analyst, and development teams to listen, advise, guide and support via documentation, test scripts, user testing, and other business analyst oriented tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Explore and identify the business objectives and targets.
- Engage with both internal and external clients to grasp their requirements and formulate solutions to fulfill those requirements.
- Deliberate and strategize the optimal and most efficient solutions aligned with the business objectives.
- Take part in sessions focused on functionality and interface design.
- Thoroughly document the business and functional prerequisites that translate your solutions into reality.
- Your role will encompass all stages of the product life cycle, requiring you to adeptly design and articulate intricate functionality in a concise and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or workflow process management with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software and its development life cycle.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to create user-friendly documentation.
- Adaptability in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrating the ability to excel under fast-paced conditions.
- Self-sufficiency and project management prowess, ensuring the timely completion of multiple tasks.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, enabling effective multitasking and project prioritization while adhering to schedules.
- A receptive and open-minded approach, considering diverse viewpoints when forming opinions and offering recommendations.
- Collaboration and teamwork orientation.
- Skill in balancing client needs with business objectives when developing solutions.
- Willingness to take ownership or full responsibility for modules and features.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in any of the following areas is a valuable asset: startup technology, US healthcare, private equity, fintech, investment banking technology, and familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS).
Mandatory Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and concepts.
- A rapid learner who can quickly adapt and become proficient in new areas.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in real-time batch and event-based integration.
- Comfort working with tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, ORMB, and similar applications.
- Technical project management and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills (but not mandatory):
- Experience in US healthcare, familiarity with API terminologies, and domain knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS SQL query development.
- Experience with various types of databases, including RDBMS and NoSQL, and understanding of API functionalities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with minimal guidance.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
