Full Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Shopify E-Commerce Specialist based in Latin America to join our team immediately.

In this role, you will bridge administrative operations and digital storefront management. You’ll be responsible for organizing quote data in spreadsheets, building and modifying Shopify landing pages, and utilizing AI tools to streamline administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Data & Quote Management: Review incoming quote requests, audit data for accuracy, and maintain organized records using spreadsheets.
- Shopify Store Updates: Build, edit, and optimize landing pages using native Shopify tools and page-builder applications.
- Process Optimization: Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to automate daily administrative tasks and maintain efficient operations.
- Communication & Execution:



Work independently while maintaining clear, daily communication with remote team members.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience & Technical Skills

- Shopify: 1+ year of hands-on experience creating or modifying landing pages using native Shopify tools or page builders (e.g., PageFly, GemPages, Shogun). (Required)
- Spreadsheets: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. (Required)
- AI Tool Aptitude: Comfortable incorporating AI tools into everyday administrative tasks. (Required)
- Data Entry / Admin: Background in data entry, administrative support, or e-commerce operations. (Preferred)

Location & Language

- Location: Must be physically located in Latin America. (Required)
- Language: Fluent or advanced verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level preferred). (Required)
- Availability: Able to start immediately and work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $105.00 - $123.00 per hour
