Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering.
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration.
- Experience in the development, management, and analysis of cost-saving projects, including raw material optimization, variable cost control, and fixed cost reduction.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Dynamic and proactive professional with a results-driven approach and strong initiative.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Power BI for dashboard development, data visualization, and business reporting.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills in professional environments.
- Holder of a valid U.S. visa.
- Availability for national and international travel approximately once per month.
