Accounts Receivable Anlyst SSC (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

- Billing coordination for US and Canada: validations, upstream corrections, billing exception follow up.
- Intercompany AR coordination: Coupa, Netting,



operational IC reconciliations.
- Keep customers informed about the integration of receivables with the company.
- Dispute management: pricing, payment terms, order and delivery issues, invoice corrections.
- Prepare and send weekly and monthly financial and management reports.
- Customer enablement for collections: validation of customer/Vendor banking details, configuration of invoice delivery channels (email / portals), confirmation of AP / Finance contacts per customer.
- Attend internal and external audits.

Qualifications

- Area or field of specialty: Accounting, Finance
- Areas of knowledge and desirable previous experience: AP/AR, Data entry postions.
- 2 years of experience in AR.
