Senior Demolition Project Manager

Location: Employment Contract in Mexico
Project Location: La Guaira, Venezuela

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Demolition Project Manager to lead a large-scale post-earthquake demolition and debris removal project in La Guaira, Venezuela.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing demolition operations for severely damaged and partially collapsed buildings while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate damaged structures and determine the most appropriate demolition methods.
- Develop demolition strategies for partially collapsed and structurally compromised buildings.
- Coordinate demolition activities using mechanical equipment and controlled explosives.
- Select and manage specialized demolition equipment and contractors.
- Estimate debris volumes and develop debris removal and disposal plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary and international teams on-site.




- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with clients, authorities, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale demolition projects.
- Proven experience with buildings damaged by earthquakes or other structural failures.
- Strong knowledge of demolition methodologies, equipment selection, and debris management.
- Experience with controlled explosive demolition is required.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Experience managing complex field operations.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Availability to relocate and work on-site in La Guaira, Venezuela.

Compensation: To be discussed during the interview process.

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mes
