We are a fast-growing, innovative marketing agency in the Home Improvement niche, helping top home improvement contractors grow through high-quality lead generation. Our sales system is dialled in, we have a team of closers who handle inbound appointments, and now we’re looking for motivated setters to help expand the pipeline.

As a Sales Setter, your role is simple: connect with warm prospects, qualify them, and book them in for a call with one of our closers. You won’t be responsible for closing deals, just setting meetings. Your commissions are tied directly to the performance of the closers you set for, so when they win, you win.

Compensation & Role Details:

Job type: full-time / part-time

Salary: 100% commission-based – setters typically earn $200–$400 per week

Hours: Full-time opportunities available (within 10am–6pm EST)
