We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Quality Engineer to lead software quality initiatives for enterprise-level product development in a highly regulated environment. This role is responsible for defining test strategies, designing scalable automation frameworks, leading automation efforts across web, mobile, and APIs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through modern Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.

The adecuado candidate will be a hands-on automation leader with deep expertise in Selenium, Appium, SQL, Git Lab, and test framework development while mentoring junior QA engineers and collaborating closely with software development teams.




Lead software quality engineering activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Define comprehensive test strategies based on product requirements and functional specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
Build automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and API automation tools.
Execute automation across web, mobile, and API platforms.
Integrate automated test suites into Git Lab CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Perform database validation using SQL queries.
Troubleshoot automation failures by analyzing application logs, server logs, and database records.
Collaborate with software engineers, Dev Ops teams, DBAs, and business stakeholders.
Conduct peer reviews of automation code and test cases.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on automation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Report test progress, risks, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
Continuously improve QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing methodologies.
Leverage AI-assisted testing tools such as Git Hub Copilot and True Test to improve productivity and test optimization.

Ensure compliance with quality standards within regulated environments.
