If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Operations Manager** located in **Ciudad Juarez, South Site Mexico.**Reporting to the **Production Manager**, **Operations Manager** role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.**What a typical day looks like:*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement,
