Own features end-to-end from idea to production across frontend and backend.

We expect you to ship fast with quality, you will have high-standard foundations and guardrails to do it.

Fluency English + Spanish

Communication and influence across all levels of the organization, from C-level to junior operators, including the ability to sell ideas and drive internal adoption.
Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and limited processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering)

Scope: Full-stack across backend, web, and mobile
Type Script, Java Script, Python, Node.js
Backend Frameworks: NestJS, FastAPI
Frontend / Mobile: React, Next.js, React Native

Platform: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP

Experience with Elixir (or similar like Scala, Rust) to occasionally modify our legacy system
