IT Recruiter Mexico (Remote)

Solugenix is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for full life cycle recruiting with a primary focus on identifying and hiring IT talent. You will source, screen, and interview applicants for current and future job openings as well as coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT, technology, or technical roles.
~ Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, cybersecurity specialists, and infrastructure roles.
~ Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
~ Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
~ Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

~ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Owners to understand hiring objectives and strategize on successful candidate recruitment.
Source, qualify, and interview applicants using various recruiting strategies, techniques, tools,



and job portals to assess suitability/technical fit to the position, along with soft skills and cultural fit alignment.
Interview candidates to validate work history, education/training, soft skills, availability, and negotiate salary requirements.
Network and build a talent pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
