We're looking for a TSA Exit & Separation Program Manager to support a large-scale business separation across LATAM. This role will lead market readiness, TSA exit execution, operational transitions, and cross-functional coordination between general and local teams. Location: Mexico City, Mexico | Remote Language: Fluent English & Spanish Duration: 15+ months Key Requirements: 6-8+ years of Program/Project Management experience Strong background in M&A;, carve-outs, divestitures, business separations, or TSA Exit programs Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries Exposure to operational readiness, contract novation, legal entities, and transition management Healthcare, Medical Device, Life Sciences, or Consulting experience preferred If you've helped organizations navigate complex separations and transition programs, we'd love to hear from you.
