Purchasing Admin

What You’ll Do

- Design and generate reports to optimize purchasing processes.
- Build proactive action plans to minimize/avoid operational risks.
- Provide weekly reports to Brand Management teams and Leadership on purchasing status.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers while identifying new ones.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and requisitions.
- Ensure data accuracy across all internal systems.
- Create and maintain product codes in the system.

Who You Are

- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economist, or equivalent experience..
- Experience in eCommerce Management (Amazon FBA experience preferred).




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve processes and manage data.
- A quick learner who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
