Your main mission will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall performance of the complex, ensuring operational excellence, strong business results, and alignment with brand standards. You will play a key role in driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and long-term asset value, while strengthening commercial performance. Own the financial performance (P& L), driving results through budget control, forecasting, and corrective ntribute to commercial and revenue strategy, monitoring key metrics (occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR)



and identifying growth opportunities.Oversee the budgeting cycle, financial closings, and operational KPIs to support decision-making.Lead Cap Ex and investment projects, ensuring alignment with business and operational priorities.Ensure the implementation of brand standards and service excellence.University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field. A postgraduate degree in Hotel Management is a plus.Proven experience as General Manager or senior operational leader in large-scale hotel operations, preferably within resorts or all-inclusive environments.Solid track record in managing full P& L responsibility, with the ability to drive profitability and optimize business performance.Solid understanding of hotel operations combined with good exposure to commercial and revenue management dynamics.Fluent in English and Spanish.
