Company Overview: Avantive Solutions Mexico, a leading bilingual call center with a presence in Guadalajara, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our HR team. As a Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our company.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Sou rcer to help us find and recruit talented individuals for various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Avantive Solutions attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and Sourcing: Utilize various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and resume databases to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates' suitability based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Communication: Reach out to potential candidates to present job opportunities, gather relevant information, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated record of candidates and interactions to streamline the selection process and ensure effective follow-up.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a "Recruiter" or in a similar role. (2 years)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English)
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Admin / Psychology or a related field preferred.
