Title: Junior Brand Manager – Hermès Beauty (Fragrance & Makeup)

Position Overview

As a Junior Brand Manager , you will support the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Hermès Beauty , ensuring the successful implementation of fragrance and makeup initiatives across the Mexican market.

This role combines strategic coordination, operational excellence, commercial follow-up, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional product launches and elevate the Maison's presence while safeguarding its identity, heritage, and standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Maison Development

- Support the implementation of Hermès Beauty's annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business objectives.
- Contribute to strengthening brand awareness, desirability, sell-in, and sell-out while preserving the Maison's positioning.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal initiatives, product launches, animations, and brand activations.
- Ensure all brand initiatives consistently reflect Hermès' values of craftsmanship, creativity, quality, and timeless elegance.

Marketing & Communications

- Coordinate the execution of 360° marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Monitor marketing investments and assist in budget tracking.
- Ensure all communication materials comply with Hermès general brand identity and visual standards.

Product Launches & Commercial Coordination

- Support launch planning from forecasting through in-market execution.
- Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability and successful launch implementation.




- Coordinate product setup with retailers and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor launch performance and recommend adjustments based on business results.

Business Analysis & Market Intelligence

- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Monitor competitors within the luxury fragrance and beauty landscape.
- Prepare regular business performance reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand performance and retail execution.

Retail Excellence & Client Experience

- Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising, displays, testers, and POS materials according to Hermès guidelines.
- Conduct regular boutique and retail visits to evaluate execution quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Beauty Consultants and retail teams to ensure excellent product knowledge and elevated client experience.
- Gather qualitative insights from boutiques and consumers to support future business decisions.
- Monitor competitive activity and retail trends within the luxury beauty environment.

What Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium consumer brands.
- Solid understanding of the luxury fragrance and beauty market.
- Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and business acumen.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is considered an advantage.
