Key Responsibilities

- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Escalate cases when necessary

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted – proof required)
- Constancia de Situacion Fiscal up to date under Sueldos y Salarios regimen
- Advanced English level (MANDATORY)




- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- At least 3 months experience in a call center environment
